Ms. Vijaya Padma Srinivas has experience in customer service, event management and marketing but specializes in developing and conducting training programs and workshops. She has conducted a variety of workshops/training programs for children, young adults and adults on topics ranging from business communication to train-the-trainer programs for organisations such as Cambridge English Language Assessment, British Council, Times of India, Sheraton group of hotels etc. She has authored 4 children books and written articles for general interest magazines and English language publications.

Having achieved the elusive ‘A’ grade on the Certificate for English Language Teaching for Adults, she has also secured a credit in her second master’s degree – a Masters in Training and Development from the University of New England.

Currently Vijaya leads on Assessment Services at Cambridge English Language Assessment for South Asia, Middle East, Turkey, Russia and Africa. Over her years with Cambridge English, Vijaya has lead on several English language projects, been instrumental in the training of thousands of teachers, created extensive training/learning content and engaged with syllabus review among other academic related activities.
